As the recruitment chair, it was my responsibility to bring people into our chapter. Part of this is done through marketing, primarily on Instagram and word-of-mouth. Throughout my term, I worked closely with the marketing team to develop a social media strategy that reflected positively on our chapter and was shown through positive recruiting statistics.
